Garland Homeschool Group

We’re a brand new group, focused on education in all ways! Meet ups will mostly be in Garland but can include Dallas, Plano, Mesquite, Sachse, Murphy, Wylie, Rockwall, and Rowlett. We try to do meet ups for littles, (4 up and learners, please, but younger siblings are always welcome!) young kids, preteens, and teens. Our meetings can vary from park play to museums, libraries, and movies! All walks of homeschoolers are welcome. Our goal is not only to supplement any homeschooling need but also foster friendships and strong social skills. Whether your child is a social butterfly, tactile learner, book fiend, an introvert, happy hippy, or textbook type A, you’ll find a fun and welcoming home here. We are passionate about connecting kids who love to learn along the way.

Garland/Richardson Homeschool Parents and Teens Social Group

This group is for all Homeschooling families (religious or not) and teens in the Garland/Richardson area. We have weekly park days and other activities for ALL ages. Mondays: Crowley Park in Richardson 10-12:30 Thursdays: Yale Park in Richardson 10-12:30

This group was created due to a need for an inclusive site for connecting homeschooling families in the Garland, Sachse, Wylie and Murphy, TX areas on Facebook. All homeschoolers from these areas are welcome! Please be kind and respectful. This is a group that enjoys diversity!
