This is a secular group of homeschoolers, unschoolers, and virtual academy students (TXVA and Connections Academy) in and around the Wichita Falls, Texas, area. We provide support for parents as well as social time
(play, academic, and extracurricular) for our kids. All ages welcome. No political or religious discussions, as we are a diverse group.

Home Educators Around Texoma (H. E. A. T.) exists to provide encouragement, support with resources, fellowship, and group learning activities to all persons or families who desire to home school their children or be involved in home school support. H. E. A. T. also serves to promote communication of vital and legal information among home schooling families.
Wichita Falls Area Homeschoolers
This is a list for all homeschooling families in the Wichita Falls, Texas area. We do ask that you be actively homeschooling your child to be a member. Certain exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. You MUST return the questionnaire sent when you apply or your membership will not be approved. All applicants are verified. This list is great way for us to get to meet one another, plan field trips, offer support and encouragement and share ideas about homeschooling.
