Are you excited?  There is so much in the news about how the government works right on the internet live.

So we were thinking, this would be a great time for a unit study about the Supreme Court.  So we got out our researchers and found this for you.

When you visit the Supreme Court, they suggest this resource for information about the Court.

Then C-SPAN, the other experts in all things government, have these lesson plans for your child, divided by age.

PBS also has lesson plans, resources and games about the Supreme Court.

Brain Pop has some fun activities

and some great fun items are listed at the Kids.gov site.

Finally, Congress does not want to be outdone, so they have a great resource for kids to learn about the Supreme Court.

We hope this gives you some ideas for a quick unit study to help make the news relevant for your children.
